The transfer rate for the 003-0508-01 LTO-2 tape is 40 MB/s native and 80 MB/s compressed. The Sun 003-0508-01 tape is compatible with LTO-2, LTO-3 and LTO-4 tape drives and auto-libraries. There are no WORM (Write Once Read Many) tapes by Sun for LTO-2 tape drives and auto-libraries.
