Order Processing:
Orders received are typically processed within 24 hours Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. If any products ordered aren't inventoried, you will be contacted by telephone or email within 24 hours from order completion date. Credit Cards, Paypal, and all offered forms of payment are processed within 24 hours. If an item isn't in stock, your credit card will not be processed. We accept all Federal, Government, Educational, and County works methods of payment. We offer NET 30 terms to approved organizations. Click here to download our credit application for NET 30 terms.
Shipping:
Our shipping methods offered are UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, freight, and international carriers.
Returns-
All Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) must be emailed to sales@wholesaledatatape.com. You can also request and RMA here. The following criteria must be met for reinbursement on products ordered within a 15 day window (re-stocking charges may be applied):
- All packaging must be in original shipment condition
- Opened items will accumulate a 5-10% restocking fee depending on returned condition
- Used merchanidise will not be accepted unless there's product defects
- Broken or damaged material is non-refunable unless due to shipping carrier practices
- An RMA or return request must be completed within 30 days from purchase date
